Making fairs together in Covid 19 times

We want you to be able to plan your participation as an exhibitor the BLICKFANG design fair with peace of mind and flexibility. Therefore, we continue to offer you our special booking and payment options for your application for the BLICKFANG events in 2022.

1. You can cancel or rebook almost free of charge up to 8 weeks before the respective BLICKFANG (except for the handling fee).

2. later than 8 weeks before the respective BLICKFANG our general terms and conditionsapply and the right to cancel anchored therein with corresponding cancellation costs.

3. relaxed payment conditions: For the time being you only pay 25% of the total amount of your BLICKFANG participation after jury acceptance and invoicing within 20 days, the remaining 75% is only due 20 days before the respective booked event.

There is no right of refund in case of:

  • Travel warnings based on tourist activities, but allowing entry and exit for business reasons.
  • Illnesses of any kind
  • Personal reasons

Entitlement to a refund or credit of your deposit towards a next BLICKFANG within the next 12 months only exists in the case of:

  • Entry and exit restrictions (e.g. quarantine obligations), which have been expressly imposed by the country governments also for business trips.
  • Cancellation of the BLICKFANG booked by you by order of the authorities.

 

A candid word to you:

In the last 8 weeks before each BLICKFANG, our teams work at full speed to make the BLICKFANG as successful as possible for you as an exhibitor.

In concrete terms, this means that from this point onwards a considerable part of our expenditure is spent on the successful running of the BLICKFANG, such as the production of advertising material (flyers, posters, adverts, visitor catalogue, invitation mailings etc.), PR activities and other production costs for the trade fair on site.

We therefore ask for your understanding and solidarity that we have to apply the above conditions during the last 8 weeks before the event.
